Phase one of a Master Plan design for  a new Eco City Center to include new elevated expressway with central landscape parkway and new mixed use office/retail/movie theaters/ hotels. New museum, retail street and a 500 meter tower and a two 200 meter tall  twin towers linked by a bridge platform with views to a wetlands preserve.
